Credit for figuring this puzzle out goes mostly to user LittleOgress. While originally we thought we were progressing epic 2.0... This was the consolation prize.
You must follow this entire thing, in order. If you make a mistake, you have to start over from the very beginning. The only thing you don't have to re-do, is get new instances, you can re-use your instances.

Step 2.2: Click on each of the following specials. You can use MCP->Special. If you are on the correct step, you will get an orange message. If you are not on the correct step, you will NOT get a message, and you will glow red, and you get to start back over.
