To add to this, the reason we want to avoid asking anyone who posts a parse for their profiles, it makes people not post parses, because they get asked over and over and over.

The difference between a 'good' and a 'great' profile, is probably < 5%. No profile (unless you have really did something on purpose to make it silly) is going to double your parse. It's gear, gear, and more gear, and the correct gear.

For the big "min/maxers" it can take hours to really tweak a profile to exactly how they want it. Then it can take another 15-60 minutes to clean up the profile so it's "safe" to send to someone.
Then in a lot of cases, people have questions about the profile, and that takes time to explain etc.

While there is nothing wrong with any of this, some people just don't want to spend that kind of time over and over again, for every change or tweak they make, or to discuss or explain why they did what they did. (Keep in mind, some people DO enjoy the discussion).

BTW, what are you guys using for chanters - WDB or potency gear? Also flurry or doublecast?

Pot and dbl cast can get you better returns but it also requires some actually player involvement to get the most out of it...

Fair enough and I agree with your post. Sanitizing a profile is probably the main reason most folks don't post their profiles.
