Ogre Craft on TLE server

Hey all, quick question about using ogre craft on the TLE servers. I'm trying to do rush orders in my house using the crafting bot. I'm using the rush order scroll they put in game for this server. My problem is that the bot will randomly just stop and turn off, or simply not start up at all. Is this a problem just using this type of rush order npc on TLE? It has always worked ok on the live servers using the rush order NPC in guild halls. This scroll creates a floating book and the NPC.

I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or is Ogre just not set up to use this type of NPC. Thanks for your help, hopefully I can get it to work, love the crafting bot!
