export not populating an ability in full abilities list

I'd like to add one of the prestige abilities into my bot's cast rotation, but it isn't adding to the full abilities list after export. Is this a known issue, or am I just doing it wrong?

Restart isxogre after every export.

that seems to be working =D i asked specifically for a priest ability which allows casting on the move. does ogre prevent that, or is there a work around for it, as of yet, i haven't seen my priests try to run and cast
