I have a Necro that the bot follow does not work on, I have made sure the alias matches other toons that it works correctly on (On same account) that the autofollow is on etc, I am sure I am missing something simple.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

To eliminate it being an Alias problem, select the actual players name for the follow.
Make sure 'Auto Follow Mode' is ON on the settings tab also.
