KA Coercer (Debuff Focused)

In the interests of sharing more profiles, here's my coercer. It's primarily crowd control and combat-mit-debuff heavy, updated for KA.

I tried this profile blammo, but I must have a very different AA setup. I didn't even recognize some of the buffs in the cast stack. I will try and figure out the differences!
