Strat: Spawns adds (time based I think), can ignore them if dps is decent, otherwise kill em. Click the pedestal at -76 1784 -76 after the named dies.
Go up the stairs again, to -78 1798 -1 and click the last pedestal, as it's dropping, jump into the water to save the run down, and head to the entrance to the elevator at -23 1665 -1 - http://puu.sh/5rsIZ/7c9ad1fc07.jpg
Get in the elevator and head down to last named.

Strat:
Lazy Mode: Pause bot on tank, pre ward then bow pull the named, hit resume to run back to the corner. Stand at campspot and burn named, as fight progresses it will do a few things. first it will split into mini versions of itself, after they die, the named reforms. additionally at a few points (didn't notice if it was health or time based) it will port between the two torches in front of you, and do a huge ae with a knockback/up, this is why you are planted in the doorway.
Proper Mode: Same as above, only without tank cs'd, use joust in/joust out to avoid the ae when the named ports.
