Reforge reminder script

A relatively simple (after I bugged the hell out of bjcasey + kannkor to figure out a problem) script that when ran in your guild hall, checks every logged in chars stats for symptoms of messed up/forgotten reforging. Download the attached file and extract the saha folder into innerspace/scripts.

Stats its looking for;
100% ae auto
600 dpsmod
300 haste
120 multiattack
100 reuse
85 cast (to lazy to specify on bolster character)

If a character is lower than those numbers, it will spit out which stats, and which char in the OgreConsole.

This was written to be ran every time you zone into your guild hall after doing instances/whatever. We can automate that by using OgreBots OnZone tab. On your tank, open the main OgreBot window, click the OnZone tab, and add in
