Never casts since the release of v17. I have it set up as a cure, wouldn't benefit me in any other option in the cast stack.

Sure if you get on of those types of detriments on you it will work.. but id rather it not spam any time i get a detriment. Easier to use manually if you get one the specified types. If your playing your tank that is.

You could always toggle it off though, and cast it manually.

It is best slotted on the 'Other' tab as a cure that can used while stunned/stifled etc.

Having said that...
With next patch:

** Fixed 'self only cure abilities'.
*** I think this only applies to Aura of the crusader, but if any other self only cures didn't work, this should fix them.
