Conjuror, Essence Shift
Channeler, Consume Construct

I edited the ability file for the classes and set the IsPetAbility to IsSelfAbility and TargetType to 0 and they work.

Just keep in mind, they will probably cause a 'stuck' loop if your pet dies, because with those changes, it would not be checking to see if the pet exists, and is over 25% health.

I'm beginning to understand your loathing of the summoner classes. Too bad you can't betray from a summoner to a warlock.

Not sure if its been brought up but I'm curious if items can or will be added to the announce list in the future?

It's possible. Announce tab works by reading what ability you are casting.

Instant cast abilities (such as Verdict) and instant cast items (like almost all of them) do not work, because you are never "casting" them.

Vector of Life -
Group heal basically, but its a heal based around those in near proximity to the healer, with the Channeler as a target. As such, Ogre currently only allows it to cast when the Channeler falls below a certain %, unlike other group heals.

I've completed the majority of reported issues in this thread. There are a few still remaining, however this thread is too long/old to be useful anymore. I'm going to close this thread and ask any remaining/new issues/requests, that you open a new post for each issue, then I can deal with them individually.
